My sisters make me laugh.
They are incredible because they are who they are, without any reservations.
This day was a good day.
I couldn't tell you what we did other than maybe a few tidbits like going to the store for Lola's dog food, eating out at the pizza place we left a "napkin note" for, and roaming around till we found the right bus line.
But I remember I enjoyed every second because I was hanging with my two best friends.
When Shantel and I were really young, I remember wishing she were my best friend only and not my sister because for some reason in my young head, I thought we'd be 'cooler' friends. Ya know, without all the sibling rivalry and such. Now that I'm older.. I'm so grateful none of those wishes ever came true. Because without being sisters.. our friendship would have been lost years ago. but instead were stuck with each other even through those hard times.. and I couldn't be more grateful for that if I tried.

I do believe we spent a good portion of this day goofing off at Trevor's place of employment, riding those insanely entertaining water/boat bikes that I ALWAYS wished to try.
And boy o' boy. They lived up to every expectation my little heart had since long ago. lol
About half way through our little boat ride, Meagan decided she was done with life and flew herself off the back of the boat with not a word of warning.
Hilarious.
And when she decided she wanted to get back into the boat- we kicked her away from the side and threw her a life jacket. :p
What is family for.
It didn't take me that long to jump in behind her. "You jump I jump."
If you haven't noticed yet... we play. I guess you could say were a family holding on to "Peter Pan Syndrome".
Were all little kids in Adult bodies just wanting to have fun. forever.

I wish I had written a better blog in tribute to our Cali days.
Blogging's been tough lately- where have all my thoughts gone? Where are all the words I could say!?
Im lost in my head with nothing in particular.
Oh- that sounds like the beginning of a song. lol
